Healthy Valentine's Day Treat

Valentine's day is here again and I thought this would be a great chance to show you my healthy vegan cheesecake recipe. You'll need: Dough: 5-6 Dates 1 cup of nuts of your choice (I used walnuts) 1 1/2 scoops of protein powder Filling: 1 cup Raspberries 1/4 cup almond milk 1/4 cup cashews (soaked in hot water) 2 tbsp. maple syrup 2 tbsp. coconut oil First, mix all the ingredients for the dough in your food processor. When all is blended form the dough into small balls and press them into muffin tins. Now get your blender and blend all the ingredients for the filling. So now you just have to fill it in your muffin tins and put it in the freezer for 2 hours. There you go, I hope you'll spend the most amazing valentines day. See you next week XOXO Sophia
