Healthy Homemade Popcorn When you hear popcorn what is the first thing that comes to your mind? Right the movie theater. But this little snack can be actually quite healthy. It contains more antioxidants than a handful of blueberries. So all you need is some organic popcorn, olive oil, salt or cinnamon, depends on your cravings. Put a pan on to your stove, on middle heat and pour some olive oil in. Now add your popcorn and let it pop. Stay in the room, it's really quick. Now just top it with some salt and there it is, your healthy snack you can munch on all day. XOXO Sophia
