3 exercises for your LOVE handles!

So Valentine's day is coming up and I'm sure you all want to look the best for your partners. Here are some moves that target your love handles. 1. Side plank position with a crunch For that, your going in the normal elbow plank, lift your right/left half of your body up and come into a crunch. Do that 10-15 times on both sides. 2.T-Stand position Bring the arm out, lift the other arm up, crunch and come up again. Repeat that also 10-15 times on each side. 3. T-Stand position with one leg up This is a regular T-Stand except you're extending one leg. Do 20 raps of those. HAPPY VALENTINES DAY
